A. "Doug" Foster - Doug Foster passed away peacefully at his Petaluma residence on October 15, 2009, of melanoma. Beloved husband of Margie Foster of Petaluma. Loving father of Craig D. Foster of Santa Cruz and Glenn T. Foster of So. San Francisco. Dear brother of Susan D. Foster of Boston, MA and Sally M. Kleinhenz of Denver, CO. Survived by his step-son; Skylar Duisenberg of Monte Rio, CA. We will greatly miss Doug's kindness, sense of humor, and warmth. He had a huge impact on many lives and was loved by many and will be sorely missed. His many acts of generosity will live on through all those he has touched. Doug received great joy in making others happy. As per his wishes, there will not be a service. A celebration of Dougâ??s life is being planned for early spring. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Petaluma, 416 Payran St., Petaluma, CA 94952. A resident of Petaluma since 2002, Doug was a graduate of the Univ. of Colorado. He was Vice President of relationship Management at Prudential Retirement for several years. Doug treasured his time traveling and camping with his sons. He also loved traveling, wine tasting and scuba diving with his wife and enjoyed cooking wonderful meals for family and friends.
