Aileen H. Bettinelli - Passed away in Petaluma, CA, February 1, 2010, beloved wife of the late Harold Bettinelli. Loving sister of May Tomasetti of Petaluma and the late Melvin Tomasetti. Dear sister-in-law of Eda Tomasetti of Petaluma, Evelyn Devlin of Laurel, Maryland, Virginia Walsh of Rohnert Park and Alice Simmons of Petaluma. Cherished aunt of Linda (Douglas) Karr, Peter (Cathy) Tomasetti, Larry Devlin, Don (Lynn) Walsh, Shawn Walsh, Donna (Michael) Helm, Patricia (Bryce) Cantlin, Bill Simmons and Nancy (Alton) Tom. Aileen, a member of the pioneer Tomasetti and Moretti families was born in Petaluma and passed away Monday at the age of 91. A longtime resident of Santa Rosa, Aileen was a secretary for many years with Grace Bros. Brewing Co. until it closed in 1967, at which time she went to work as Administrative Secretary in the Special Education Department of the Sonoma County Office of Education. She was also a very active member of many organizations in Santa Rosa including the ICF St. Eugeneâ??s Branch #198, Catholic Charities Auxiliary and a volunteer for many years with the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Rose Ladies Auxiliary. The family wish to express their appreciation to Mary King and Staff of Our House in Petaluma, for the wonderful loving care given to Aileen the past 10 years.
