Alberta Mae Montgomery

Passed away at home in Petaluma, CA, February 18, 2017, adored mother of  Sylvia June Page, Gregory Lynn Montgomery, Linda Joyce Stokes, Joseph Montgomery Jr., Michael Wayne Montgomery, Anthony Montgomery and Ronald Kevin Montgomery.  Cherished grandmother of 16 and preceded in death by her granddaughter Desiree. Adored great grandmother of 6. Beloved sister of Burnie Broussard, Alfred Young, Joseph Young and the late Margie Garette, Pauline Spike and Claudine Fradieu. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A native of Louisiana.  Age 78 years.

Alberta was retired after over 30 years working at Hillcrest Hospital and Petaluma Valley Hospital as a receptionist and nurses’ aide, where she was well known.

Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA.
