Alexander S. Conrad

Alex Conrad passed away unexpectedly on August 1, 2021, in Petaluma at the age of 26 years.  Devoted son of Greg S. Conrad of Petaluma and the late Anne Danielson Conrad.  Beloved brother of Robert Conrad and Katrina Conrad.  Adored uncle of Jeffrey and Kent Conrad and Aria Anne Qassemi. Survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Alex Conrad was such a loving, caring and kind Human being.  He adored his niece and nephews, and he relished every opportunity to interact with them.  He loved watching them grow and being an important part of their lives.

He was kind, giving and generous.  He would purchase things just to share with others, like a new TV system for he and friends to enjoy together.  He wanted to experience life to its fullest in all the things that were important to him.  He was a good gamer and enjoyed the experience of being with his friends as much as the computer games themselves.  He was a risk-taker who loved riding his motorcycle, playing paintball, tag football, cliff jumping, sky diving, and just about anything physical and exhilarating.  Indeed, he needed that rush of adrenaline that comes from pushing himself to the limit.

He had a sharp and keen wit.  He was quick with the one-liners and could make everyone laugh, even the person who might have been the butt of his remark because they all knew it was in good fun.  He was a spark plug, the life of the party.  And, he was so intelligent, always reading books and tracts, and studying online about subjects ranging from philosophy to sociology, history, medicine, science and humanity.

He valued fairness and equality and detested oppression and subjugation.  He was a good person who valued honesty and integrity because he understood how important character and morality were.  He will be very deeply missed by so many people.

Friends and family are invited to attend the Memorial Service, Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 1:00 pm at St. John’s Anglican Church, 532 S. McDowell Blvd., Petaluma.  Private Inurnment.
