Predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Mr. Billing was born, raised and educated in Petaluma. He was the proud patriarch of four generations, all born and raised in Petaluma. A veteran of WWII, he proudly served in the US Army. He was an active member of the Petaluma Christian Church, serving as an elder for 40 years. In 1989 he was granted â??Elder Emeritusâ?
