Allen Douglas Stack

Passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013 at home in Petaluma, CA. He is survived by his loving wife Kaye, who he shared 56 years with. Also survived by his siblings, John (Marlene); Marlou Grudt (Jim); Edward (Lynette); David; Kathy Irvin, and Cheryl Saum. He will be greatly missed by his daughters, Kim Steinbach, Leslee Hodges (Carl), Tammera Kelly (Tom) and Jodie Ann Gallagher. Many cherished memories by his six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Al enjoyed serving his community and touching many. He was a member of Petaluma 7-11 Lions, Odd Fellows Lodge #30, VFW Post 1929, American Legion and 40+8, Sons of Italy, Petaluma Elks #901, Petaluma Druids, and Heritage Homes, just to name a few. Al was involved in automotive dismantling, and radiators for over fifty-five years. He was an avid traveler, enjoyed trading. Lions friendship pins, visiting family and friends along the way. Viewing from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY. Celebration of Life on Friday, March 22, 2013 at Noon at the Petaluma Veterans' Memorial.
