Alvin John Lanatti - Passed away at home September 9, 2009, beloved husband of June Lanatti of Petaluma. Loving father of Kathleen Lanatti (Jerry Matteri), David Lanatti (Kathie), James Lanatti (Sarah), KaraLee Teixeira (late Frank) and Kristi Martinelli (Gordon) all of Petaluma. Adored grandfather of 18 grandkids. Beloved brother of Edie Silva (Harold) of Penngrove and the late Maxine Hankins (late William). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Family and friends are also invited to attend the Funeral Service, Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at PARENT-SORENSEN. Entombment will follow at Cypress Hill Memorial Park. The family prefers memorials be made to Hospice of Petaluma, American Cancer Society or your favorite charity. A native of Petaluma, CA. Age 81 years.
