Anna Marie Heck

Anna Marie Heck - Passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on October 15, 2009. Mother, grandmother, friend and devoted Catholic, Anna Marie lived her life always thinking of others. Born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 26, 1917, Anna Marie was the oldest of three children. Her family owned and operated Grace Bakery and Delicatessen where she worked as a young girl through high school and college. Anna Marie had a passion for physical education and volunteer work. Following World War II Anna Marie moved out to Lodi, California to be with her husband who had just taken on a new position in the wine industry. she had a wonderful marriage to Paul R. Heck for 35 years, late owner of Korbel Champagne Cellars. She spent the remaining part of her life caring for her family and donating to many Catholic related organizations. Following the Mass, there will be a reception at the Becker Center.
