Barbara Diane Powers

Barbara Diane Powers, 76, of Petaluma, died on February 18, 2014 after a long illness. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband James A. Powers and her parents Bert & Harriette Ingbrigtsen. Barbara is survived by her three children Nancy D. Powers of Vallejo, Diana L. Powers of Santa Rosa and James A. Powers of Petaluma. Beloved sister of Robert Ingbrigtsen of Pacifica and William Ingbrigtsen of Puyallup, WA. Barbara is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Barbara was born and raised in San Francisco and resided in Petaluma for the past 43 years. Barbara's former employers included Bank of America in San Francisco; Old Adobe Union School District in Petaluma and the Marin County Sheriff's Office for 19 years prior to her retirement in 2003. Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service & reception, Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 11:00 am at Cross & Crown Lutheran Church, 5475 Snyder Ln., Rohnert Park, CA.
