Beatrice Lipman

Beatrice Lipman - Died in Petaluma, CA., February 2, 2009, wife of the late Irwin Lipman. Loving mother of Fred (Norma) Lipman of Pleasanton and Bob (Joan) Lipman of Petaluma. Loving grandmother of Larry Lipman of Davis, Martin Lipman of Petaluma, Katie Lipman of Niles, Marsha Lipman of Petaluma, William Lipman of Pleasanton and Steven Lipman of Ben Lomond. Great grandmother of 8. Mrs. Lipman was born in Russia in 1911 and immigrated to the United States in 1923. She resided in Brooklyn, N.Y. until 1944 when the family moved to Washington, D.C. She retired to Florida in 1978 after working with the GSA for 25 years. Beatrice was a life member of B'nai Brith, Hadassah and various other Jewish organizations.
