Benton A. Day - Benton Day passed away in Novato on August 10, 2009. Beloved husband for over fifty years to the late Doris Day. Loving father to Thomas Day, wife Kate of Sonoma and the late Deanna Wilson. Devoted brother to his sister Marcie Hendrickson (Ken). A gathering to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, August 14, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. In lieu of flowers, family prefers a donation to your local hospice. He will forever be missed and loved by his grandchildren who were so dear to him, Christine Eling (Sean), Ryan Day, Sean Day, Sandra Jones and four great-grandchildren.
