Betty Bell Barigar - Betty Bell Barigar passed away at her Petaluma residence on Oct. 25, 2009. Loving wife of the late Philip H. Bell, Leo C. Blum, and Floyd Barigar. Devoted mother of Phyllis Bell Rankin of Petaluma and Michael Bell of Alaska. Cherished grandmother of Jon Rankin, Jeffrey (Patricia) Rankin, Joy Reynolds, Jamie (Kameron) Rankin, and Jean (Michael) Wilkinson. Survived by her great-grandchildren; Jordan Wilkinson, Kelsey Rankin, Jack Rankin, Jacob Rankin, Addie Rankin, and Jaden Rankin. Dear sister of the late Lulu Wooten, Aledia Warner, Lois Cademartori. Survived by several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 11:00 am at Cypress Hill Memorial Park, 430 Magnolia Ave., Petaluma, CA.
