Blanche Heing

Blanche Heing - Passed away April 25, 2008, with her children at her side providing love and comfort in the transition to her next life. Born in the same stone house as her father in Piantedo, Italy on August 13, 1920, Blanche (Bianca) immigrated to the United States through Ellis Island at the age of two. Living in Sonoma County for the past eight-five years, she attended St. Rose School and graduated from Ursaline High School. In 1945, she met the love of her life and future husband, Eugene Heing, who was stationed at Hamilton Air Force Base. They married at St. Rose Catholic Church, where they remained actively involved throughout their lives.
