Born in Los Angeles, CA on September 7, 1944 to Walter and Ruth Paine. He was called home to his new fishing spot in the sky on October 18, 2013.
He married his soul mate and love of his life Sandra Livingston on August 12, 1969 in La Puente, CA where they began their 44 year long journey together, making many memories along the way.
He proudly served his country in the United States Navy from March 6, 1962 until his Retirement on February 28, 1987 having achieved the rank of E-7 Chief Petty Officer. Following his Naval career he worked and retired from the Sonoma County Jail in 2007.
Blayne was a dedicated Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Brother in law, Uncle, and Friend. He was an avid outdoorsman, spending countless hours fishing, camping and working on projects with his children and grandchildren. He found much joy in spending time with his family and friends camping at Blue Lake. Blayne loved the culinary arts and appreciated good food- he rarely missed second helpings. Adored by all who knew him and most remembered for his unconditional love, strength of character, jokes and teasing. He will be greatly missed.
Survived by his wife Sandra Paine; Children-Tonya Mulitalo, Dena Hilts, Blayne Paine, Jr., Daniel Paine, Kristy Cruz, Joy Paine and Sarah Paine; Grandchildren-Andrew, Jakeup, Mazi, Ryan, Devon, Nick, Tyler, Uri, Haley, Angelica, Jozi, Elena, Aiden, Zian, Jasmine, Austin, Oscar, Danny, Zakk, Zander, Soraya, Katarina, Khloe-Mia, Nikko and Great grandson- Ivan; Father in Law Robert Livingston; Son in laws: Donny Abner, Kevin Hilts, Uriel Cruz, Ian Kovach,and Kyle McIsaac; Adopted as his own: Joanna, Becky, Jenny, Misty, Luom, Javier, Dave, Bryan, Hoksila, Nicole, Sienna, Shannon, and Wendy.
Preceded in Death by; his parents Walter and Ruth Paine; Siblings: Walter Jr., Faye, Joyce, Helen, Juanita, Diane and Francis; Mother in law Margie Livingston.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma, CA. Inurnment with full military honors will be held at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Petaluma.
