Carlo James "Jim" Ricci

Passed away at home in Petaluma, CA, December 28, 2016, beloved husband of the late Irene Louise Ricci. Loving father of Dan Ricci (Ginny), Lori Barnes (late Dennis), Carlene Dolcini (Tom) and Kenneth Ricci.  Adored grandfather of Gina Brians, Lisa Ricci, Catherine Maltby, Chris Ricci, Anthony Barnes, Darin Barnes, Thomas Dolcini Jr., Grace Dolcini and Cara Ricci. Cherished great grandfather of James Maltby, Jacob Maltby, Christian Ricci, Evan Ricci, Hanna Brians, Austin Barnes and Dolores Barnes.  Preceded in death by his siblings, Remo Ricci, Laura Pedrotti and Lucille Allen. Jim was the son of the late Calisto J. and Graziosa (Micheli) Ricci.

A native of Petaluma, CA.  Age 91 years.  Jim, a veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II, was a former service station owner and auto mechanic for over 40 years in Petaluma. For many years he was an active supporter and volunteer for St. Vincent’s Parish and schools. Jim was also a member of the SIRS, Nicasio Parlor #183 NSGW, American Legion Post #28 and the Petaluma Moose Lodge.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. James Catholic Church, 125 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma.
