Carol Ann Warner

Carol Ann Warner, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend passed away on December 22, 2023, in Petaluma, Ca with her sons at her bed side.

She was born September 15, 1936, at French Hospital in San Francisco. She lived with her parents, Marge and Andy Turnauer Sr., and was the eldest of four children.  She graduated from Washington High School and went on to work as a Dental Assistant.

Carol met the love of her life, Dennis M. Warner, (d.1986) on a blind date and they eloped six months later. They were blessed with four sons. Michael (d.2011), Steve (Kim), Mark (Katie) and Matt (Linda). She is survived by her sons, her grandchildren Jesse, Anya, Akasha, Dennis, Cami, Leila, Lindsey, and Addee, as well as three great grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Jeanne (Heinrich III, d.2011) in 2012 and is survived by her sister Dianne (Dan III) and her brother, Andy, Jr. (Donna, d.2023)

Carol inherited her love of cooking from her mother, enjoyed Bunco and was a member of a local bowling league for many years.

A memorial is planned for this Spring.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Providence Hospice of Petaluma.
