Carole Helen Mcsweeney

Carole Helen McSweeney passed away May 17, 2022 at the age of 77. She was the wife of Timothy P. McSweeney and loving mother of Dennis McSweeney (Lea) and Kelly Amundsen (Doug). Cherished grandmother to Catherine McSweeney, Matthew McSweeney, Jessica Hines, Heather Hines and adored great grandmother to Asher Hines. Sister of the late Maureen Toel (Bill) and Katherine Brady (Bob). Loving sister to Ann Marie Schlagater (Ed), Daniel Quinlan (Marilyn), Gerald Quinlan (Theresa), Barbara Tursi (John) and Lori McEldowney (Grant). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Carole was born and raised in San Francisco, graduating from Presentation High School in 1962. Tim and Carole relocated to Petaluma in 1968 and have lived in the same home ever since. Carole enjoyed spending time with her family and she, with her family and friends, made many memories in Lakeport, California. She had a contagious laugh that reflected her fun sense of humor and she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 2,2022 at 1:00pm at St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma, CA.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Petaluma would be appreciated.
