Charles James Baranzini, Jr.

Passed away at home in Cotati, CA, December 16, 2016, beloved husband of Marie Baranzini. Adored father of James Baranzini (Jakie) of PA and Judy Baranzini (Pryor) of Santa Rosa. Loving grandfather of Kristen Wirth, Matthew Baranzini and Kelly Baranzini. Cherished great grandfather of Tristen Baranzini, Isabella Baranzini, Charles Baranzini, Hanna Wirth and Whitney Baranzini. Preceded in death by his siblings, Mickie Rovai, Annie Lazzaroni, Josephine Mossi and David Baranzini. Special thanks to Charlie's other daughter, Denise Roberts (Leroy). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express their appreciation to Dr. Margo Budman and Lily and Aggie for the wonderful care given to Charlie. A native of Bloomfield, CA. Age 87 years. Charlie, a retired butcher, was a member of Nicasio Parlor #183 NSGW, Marin & Sonoma Italian Club and Petaluma Lodge #901 BPOE. He worked for over 60 years as a butcher, co-owner of B&B Meats, retiring at the age of 84. He enjoyed gardening, watching sports and working. Private family services were held at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, with entombment at the mausoleum. The family prefer memorials be made to the Marin & Sonoma Italian Club Scholarship Fund or to Sutter Care at Home.
