Charles O. Bordessa - Passed away in Santa Rosa, CA., April 5, 2008, beloved husband for 58 years to Janet M. Bordessa of Petaluma. Loving father of Gary Bordessa and his wife Sandy of Valley Ford, David Bordessa and his wife, Kelli of Oakland and the late Mark Bordessa. Adored grandfather of Michele Bordessa-Lopez and her husband, Jeff, Gino Bordessa and his wife, Christy, Ryan Bordessa, Jarrid Bordessa and his wife, Jackie, Lauren Bordessa, Jacqueline Bordessa and Marco Bordessa. Great grandfather of Cassidy Bordessa. Son of the late Ambrose and Carrie Bordessa. Brother of May Velloza of Point Reyes Station and the late Bruno Bordessa.Brother-in-law of Richard Velloza and Dorothy Bordessa. Nephew of Tootsie Perolini of San Rafael. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A native of Marshall, CA. Age 83 years. Charles, a retired dairyman, was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Parish, Nicasio Parlor #183 N.S.G.W. and the Marin-Sonoma Italian Club.. Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Petaluma and to attend the Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. Family and friends are also invited to meet on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the mortuary, thence to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma, where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. Entombment, Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma. The family prefers memorials be made to St. Vincent de Paul Church or to the Wilmar Fire Department.
