Charlotte Bazil Riggs

Born in San Francisco on 11/21/1924, Charlotte M. Riggs, faithful wife to Orlando B. Riggs for sixty three years, and loving mother to son, Jack F. Riggs, died on June 1, 2015 at Kaiser Permanente Hospital from a fall suffered at her Senior Living residence. For many years Charlotte worked at the Presidio in San Francisco, purchasing military items for the Federal Government. After she retired, she was an avid golfer, tennis and Bridge player in the retirement community of Oakmont, in Santa Rosa, California. In her eighties she acquired Alzheimer's Disease and lived in a memory care center at a Senior Living facility. Charlotte was born the third out of seven children, four of her siblings, Connie, Bill, Frances and Richard are still living. Charlotte, along with Orlando B. Riggs' ashes are located in a niche at Pleasant Hills Memorial Park (1700 Pleasant Hill Rd., Sebastopol, CA. 95472).
