Cheryln L. Maffia

Cheryln was born to Wayne and Cathy Johnston in Santa Rosa and married Ernest Maffia on March 2, 1968.

She was the mother of three children, Anthony (Pauline) Maffia, Krissy (Kevin) Flynn and the late Paul Maffia. Cherished grandmother of Diego, Regina, and James Maffia, Laura Flynn and Alyssa (Mike) Segura.

Cheri graduated from Sonoma High School and later worked at Santa Rosa General Hospital and Sonoma State Hospital. She also worked at Cotati School with the PTA and was a caller at the P.A.L Bingo in Rohnert Park.

She and Ernest enjoyed camping along the coast and enjoyed five trips to Europe. It is heart warming to know that her family was with her throughout her illness.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary and Crematory, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma.  Visitation after 9:00 am.
