Christopher "Mark" Owens - Mark Owens passed away unexpectedly at his Petaluma residence on June 14, 2012. Beloved son of Sadie Owens and the late Melvin Owens. Loving brother of Lisa Chavez of Petaluma, David Owens of Santa Rosa, Michael Owens of OK, and the late Gene Owens. Dear brother-in-law of Rhea Pitchard, Laura Owens, and the late Javier Chavez. Affectionately known as â??Uncle Catfishâ?
