Cindy Annette Williamsen Clark was born on February 14, 1957. She passed away on August 20, 2026, at the age of 69.
Born and raised in Petaluma, California, Cindy spent her life in Sonoma County, building a legacy of love, kindness, and care for others. For 28 years, she worked as an in-home daycare provider. Caring for children was more than her profession, it was one of her greatest gifts. Children were naturally drawn to Cindy, and she had a special ability to connect with each of them, making every child feel safe, loved, and understood. The many children and families she cared for throughout the years were an important part of her life, and her warmth left a lasting impression on them.
Cindy loved I Love Lucy, summer trips to Lake Tahoe, and every holiday that brought her family together. More than anything, she loved her children and found tremendous joy in watching their families grow. She was a deeply selfless person who consistently put the needs of others before her own.
Cindy is survived by her son, Ryan Clark, and his wife, Ashley Clark; her daughter, Megann Anderson, and her husband, Dakotah Anderson; and her beloved grandchildren, Lola, Liv, Romy, Jadon, and Rocco. Being a mother and grandmother brought her immeasurable happiness, and her love will continue to live on through each of them.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jean Hamilton; her father, Paul Williamsen Sr.; and her brother, Paul Williamsen Jr.
Cindy will be remembered for her generous heart, her natural connection with children, and the love she gave so freely to her family and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but the care, comfort, and kindness she shared throughout her life will never be forgotten.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Ryan and Ashley Clark’s residence.
