Clifford Wayne Kendall - Passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at the age of 55. Cherished son of Stanley Kendall and the late Mildred Johnson. Devoted husband of Patricia Kendall. Fun loving father of Tammy Howell, Troy Kendall, Teresa Rayne Kendall. Fun loving grandfather of Jennifer Wilkes, Dustin Downes, Cody Downes, Dillon Kendall, Nevaeh Green, T.J. Howell and Arias Howell. Caring brother of Karol Santmyer, Cheryl Allender, Robin Johnson, Mitchell Thigpen and predeceased by two brothers. Clifford loved the city of Petaluma, which he made his home for the last 9 years. He was employed as the Chief Building Official for the city of Petaluma. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
