Constance Lucretia Ghilotti

Constance Lucretia Ghilotti - Died peacefully at home in Petaluma on Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Age 90 years. Loving Mother of Jacqueline Ann Nessel of Forestville and Sandra Lu Clancy and husband Patrick of San Rafael. Grandmother of 8, Great Grandmother of 16 and Great Great Grandmother of 10. Eldest of the nine Mifflin Sisters, she was survived by Patricia Carso of Granite Bay, Nancy Keane of San Francisco, Geri Digiorno and Virginia Smith of Petaluma, and Laurie Harper and her husband Jerry of Santa Rosa. Three sisters preceded her in death. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was loved dearly and will be missed. Connie was a riveter during World War II and volunteered at the USO after work. After the war she managed several clothing stores in San Francisco and San Rafael. She then moved north to Guerneville where she opened Sequoia Land Agents and was a Realtor until retiring. She was an artist at heart. Whether working in her garden with beautiful flowers, water color painting, crocheting or sewing little angels, she was always busy and enjoyed sharing these treasures with everyone.
