DAVID E. CLARK passed away peacefully on April 25, 2015 with his wife and son at his side. He was raised in Santa Rosa, after graduating high school he joined The United States Coast Guard and served for 30 years. He made it to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4. After he was discharged, he went to work at Redwood Aviation in Santa Rosa. And when he fully retired him and his wife of 57 years enjoyed traveling in their motorhome. David loved camping, fishing, hiking (Half Dome 8 times), bike riding and just going for drives.
David is survived by his wife Jackie, son Bruce, grandchildren Alexandra Clark, Ted Clark and great grandson Parker Clark; his cousins in Pennsylvania and his Aunt Orma in Florida, sister-in-law and brother-in-law in Seattle, WA and Alaska and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his infant son, parents Ted and Maxine Clark, brother Ted Clark, daughter Sue Clark and granddaughter Lisa Clark.
A graveside service will be held May 8th, 2015 at the Golden Gate National Cemetery at 11:00 am. Family assisted by PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Petaluma.
