Daniel R. Zocchi

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Daniel Roy Zocchi, who passed away peacefully at home on July 18, 2025 at the age of 82, surrounded by his loving family.

Daniel found great joy in music, restoring classic cars, trucks, and bicycles and was a dedicated supporter of Petaluma Christmas Cheer, to which he donated many of his restored bicycles.

One of his favorite places was his beloved lake house in Kelseyville, where he spent countless hours working on restoration projects and enjoying the peace of the water. Whether sailing or cruising in motorboats, he cherished his time at the lake house.

In his earlier years Daniel had a strong passion for riding motorcycles, fitness, martial arts, and long distance running, and he proudly completed multiple marathons.

Daniel will be remembered for his kind heart, corky humor, and the lives he touched through his passions and quiet acts of giving.

Daniel is survived by his wife of 55 years Carolynn, his children Lurline (Christopher) Espinola, Todd (Carol) Zocchi and his beloved grandchildren Brianna, Cassidy, Jesse,Todd, Lizzi and Ally.
