David Parsons

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, David Parsons passed away at the age 68 in Petaluma, California. Dave was cherished and loved deeply by all who knew him.

A native of Petaluma, California Dave was a self-described “free range chicken.” Dave enjoyed extroverted, cozy, and friendly people. He loved sharing his experience of life with stores of charm, intelligence, frankness, persuasion, and seamless connectivity. Diplomacy was one of Dave’s best personality traits; he was witty, smart, and an excellent conversationalist. Throughout his working career there was a consistent emphasis on helping others, without bias.

He leaves behind his devoted and loving wife Lorena, of 44 years. Her unwavering love, support, and care was a verb. Every day of their lives together Rena put Dave comfort and well-being first, above all else.

Dave is survived by his paternal siblings Steven Parsons, Patricia (Parsons) Paula, Susanne (Parsons) Lazzarini, and Joe Parsons. At the family’s request there will be no funeral; a celebration of life will be celebrated in the spring of 2022.
