David A. Sweeney

David A. Sweeney - David passed away peacefully at his home in Santa Rosa at 104 years of age. He is survived by his loving sons Jim and Dave Sweeney, daughter-in-law Lesley Sweeney, wonderful grandchildren Amy K. Sweeney and David M. Sweeney. He was predeceased by his dear wife of 64 years, Florence and his sister, Katherine. Visitation will be in the Fireside Room of LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL, 4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Family and friends are also invited to meet at LAFFERTY & SMITH on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. thence to the Cathedral of St. Eugene where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Private entombment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma, CA. The family prefers memorials be made to Sutter-VNA Hospice.
