Dean Seppa

Dean Seppa - Dean Seppa, a resident of Zephyr Cove, NV passed away in Reno on December 2, 2011 as a result of a water skiing accident. Beloved husband of Stephanie Barboni-Seppa; loving father of Elisa and Cristin Seppa; son of Marie Seppa of Santa Rosa, and the late Emil Seppa; brother of Don (Gina) Seppa of Penngrove, Karen (Dave) Nordstrand of Salinas, and Janet (Jeff) Libarle of Cotati; son-in-law of Bill and Rosemarie Barboni of Hicks Valley; Dean is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Dean loved residing in the Lake Tahoe area and was an avid snow and water skier. As per Deanâ??s request there will not be a service. Memorials can be made to the Dean Seppa Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank or to your favorite charity. His family may be contacted at P.O. Box 23, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448. A native of Penngrove, CA, Dean was a graduate of Petaluma High School and the University of California at Davis. In his youth he was very active in the Sonoma County 4-H and Boy Scouts programs. Dean was honored to be selected as both a California 4-H Diamond Star and Eagle Scout. He also traveled to Zambia in the International Four-H Youth Exchange (IFYE) program as a farming consultant.
