Dean A. Welter

Passed away November 30, 2014 in San Rafael, CA, beloved husband of Sheryl Ann Welter. Adored father of Christopher Welter and Kevin Welter. Loving son of Judy Young (Jerry) and Dale Welter (Janet). Dear brother of Dane Welter, Darren Welter and Elizabeth Baldassari. Step brother of Kristen and Jackie. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A native of California, Age 53 years. Dean was reared and educated in Petaluma, graduating from Casa Grande High School, class of 1979. He was a dispatch supervisor for the Novato Police Department for 33 years. Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hillside Church of the Nazarene, 2689 Old Adobe Road, Petaluma, CA. The family prefer memorials be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Northern California Division, 555 Fifth St., Suite 320, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.
