Diane Lynn Cusick

In remembrance of our mother, DIANE CUSICK. Our mother has three very loving and adoring children that she loves with all of her heart and soul. Her daughter Kimberly Fields, her son Raymond Fields, and her daughter Shawna Keech. Diane has her husband Bobby Johnston and their dog, Homey. And to complete our mother's family tree, our mother has everlasting love and heartfelt feelings for her best friend, Sharon Horton. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2015 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma.
