Passed away on November 5, 2013 in Petaluma. Devoted wife of the late Lt. Col Emiel Banda, and loving mother of Gale Banda of Colorado Springs, CO, Dale Banda and his wife Karen of Petaluma, Del Banda and his wife Diane of Rohnert Park. Grandmother of Vance Patterson, Lynn Fisher, Alisha Fitzpatrick, Gary Banda, and Justin Banda. Great-Grandmother of Connor Patterson, Cicely Patterson, Parker Fisher, Hannah Fisher, and Catherine Patterson. And dear friend, Michelle Leahy. Private Interment will be at Sacramento National Veterans Cemetery, Dixon, CA. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Petaluma.
