Beloved father of Connie Gouveia of Canada, Maria Alves and Emanuel Correia both of Petaluma. Cherished grandfather of nine. Loving brother of Lidia of Canada and Jose of the Azores; predeceased by three brothers. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age: 83 years. A Native of: San Miguel, Azores. A Member of: Santo Cristo Society, Petaluma and Sebastopol Holy Ghost Societies, and St. James Catholic Church. Friends and family are invited to meet after 10:15 AM, Monday, June 4, 2007 at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA (707) 763-4131 thence to St. James Catholic Church, 125 Sonoma Mountain Pkwy., Petaluma, where at 11:00 AM a Funeral Mass will be celebrated. A Visitation will be held Sunday, June 3, 2007 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM at the Mortuary.
