Dorothy E. Klemenok - Passed away at home in Petaluma, CA, October 28, 2007 after a brief illness. She was born in Fairfield, CA, November 23, 1919. Beloved wife of the late John Klemenok, whom she married in January 1937. Loving mother of John L. Klemenok and his wife, Renee, Sonja Beck, Sharon Vallier and her husband Dean, all of Petaluma. Adored grandmother of Karen (Tony) Sanchez-Corea of San Francisco, Kristen (Shane) Stiver of Napa, Nicholas (Stephanie) Klemenok of Petaluma. Cherished great grandmother of Gabriella and Olivia, Caroline, Hunter and Natalya. Loving sister of Louise Titus of Petaluma. Also survived by her niece and nephew, Connie Riddell and George Titus and numerous others. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Louis and Inez (Canevascini) Sdraulig. Dorothy attended Petaluma schools, and worked at Mare Island during WWII, Green Mill Inn and the Yarn Shop. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed knitting but most of all delighted in cooking for her family. She adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and spent virtually all of her time with them. At her request, there will be no services. The family prefers memorials be made to Hospice of Petaluma, 416 Payran St., Petaluma, CA 94952 or to your favorite charity.
