Elaine Jenny Kilpi

Elaine Jenny Kilpi passed away on August 13, 2021 in Santa Rosa at the age of 97 years.  Devoted wife of the late Jack Kilpi.  Adored mother of Stella Hansen (John, deceased) of Santa Rosa and the late Robert Kilpi and Baby Michael Kilpi.  Adored grandmother of Jennifer Hansen, Brian Hansen, and John Hansen.  Cherished great-grandmother of Mikala Sapien.  Loving sister of Aili Virtanen.

Elaine was born in Tutytärsaari, Finland but grew up in Kotka.  She moved to the United States in the mid-1940s and has resided in Sonoma County for the last 61 years.  Elaine was devoted to her family and, in her spare time, loved to crochet.  She was a wonderful woman and will be greatly missed.

Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral Service, Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 11:00 am at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary & Crematory, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma.  A Visitation will be held on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Mortuary.  Interment: Cypress Hill Memorial Park, Petaluma.
