Eleanor Jean Blackard - BLACKARD, ELEANOR JEAN" Entered into rest peacefully at home in Windsor, CA on January 6, 2011. Dearly beloved mother of Jean L. (Douglas) Green of Santa Rosa and John S. (Mary) Blackard of Capay, CA. Adored grandmother of Matthew Green, Joel (Joanne) Green, Eryn Blackard, Amy Blackard and John Thomas Blackard. Loving sister of Lois King of Santa Rosa. Also survived by her nieces and nephews; Carolyn (Tony) Hamill, Laura King and David (Dinah) King. A native of San Francisco, CA, age 87 years. Jean is preceded in death by her husband John in 1996 and her daughter JoAnne in 1953. Jean was a member of the Presbyterian Church of the Roses and P.E.O. She has been a resident of our community for the past twenty-five years.
