Eleanore A. Luiz

Passed away in Petaluma, September 4, 2013 after a long illness. Beloved wife of the late Ernest R. Luiz. Loving mother of Ernest J. Luiz and Robert L. Luiz both of Petaluma. Mother-in-law of Joan Luiz and Antoinette Luiz. Adored grandmother of Jolene (Tom) Baxman, Eric (Amy) Luiz, Angela Luiz Martin, Jason (Dee) Luiz and Andrea (Mark) Tidwell. Great grandmother of 10. Sister of the late Leo Pacheco and Orland Pacheco. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family extend their appreciation to Patty Redmond for her caring assistance to them over the years. A native of Tulare, CA. Age 88 years. Eleanore was a proud member of the Petaluma Holy Ghost Society. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 9, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma. Committal will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma. The family prefer memorials be made to the Petaluma Holy Ghost Society, P.O. Box 750572, Petaluma, CA 94975-0572 in memory of Eleanore.
