Elizabeth Bettencourt - Died peacefully on June 27, 2007 in Sebastopol at the age of 86. Beloved mother of Elizabeth Hanner (Steve), Patrick Christie, Catherine Bauer, Victor Bettencourt, & Martin Bettencourt. Cherished grandmother of 12, especially Cody Everett with whom she enjoyed a very close special relationship. Loving sister of Lawrence Crnkovich. Survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Elizabeth was born one of 8 children and always enjoyed children and family. She valued education and earned a degree in nursing. She was "Granny""" to many and always had a meal, a place to stay, a ride, or anything else for someone in need. She was active in Resurrection Parish and will be missed by her friends and colleagues there. ""
