Ella Christiansen - Passed away in Santa Rosa on April 10, 2008. Wife of the late Hans Peter Christiansen. Mother of Betty Butler (Duane) and Doris Lewis (Stephen) both of Santa Rosa. Grandmother of Sheryl de Leuze (Robert) of Napa, Marilane Bergfelt (Ben) of Napa, Andrea Lewis of Idaho and Keith Lewis (Carolyn) of Canada. Great-grandmother of Brandon, Jill, Nathan, Catherine and Jack. Beloved sister of Duke Iverson (Ruth) of Petaluma and preceded in death by the late Art Iverson, Iven Iversen, and Anna Christensen. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She resided most of her life with her husband on their property near Bloomfield, residing the past 31 years at the Petaluma Estates Mobile Home Park. In 1951 a tornado tore through their ranch in the Bloomfield Two Rock area. Peter and Ella were always thankful for the response by neighbors and friends who came to help. She was a member of the Two Rock Grange, the Two Rock Sewing Club and the Bridge and Lunch Club. The family wishes to express special gratitude to her kind neighbors Betty Castano, Joyce and Dan Johnson, Joe Lemmon, all of her doctors and their staff, especially Dr. Sisler, and the Law Enforcement Chaplaincy. Mrs. Christiansen was 97 years of age and will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
