Elsie C. Soares - Passed away in Petaluma, CA, April 18, 2012, beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Soares. Loving mother of Elaine M. (Roy) Shields of McArthur, CA and Ron (Janet) Soares of Rohnert Park. Cherished grandmother of Jason, Amanda, Megan, Darren Soares, Christopher Shields, Jason Villaroman and Alison Ramey. Elsie was preceded in death by her siblings, Joaquin Cella, Edmond Cella, Dominick Cella, Isabel Bianchi, Beatrice Kieny, Florence Jensen and Michael Paulucci. A member of St. Vincent de Paul Church, St. Vincentâ??s Auxiliary, and an active member of the former St. Vincentâ??s Motherâ??s Club. A native of Petaluma, CA, age 95 years.
