Emilia E. Fanucchi

EMILIA E. FANUCCHI passed away on March 20, 2015 in Petaluma at the age of 91 years. Devoted wife of the late Eugene Fanucchi. Cherished mother of Gene Fanucchi (Beryl), Linda Fanucchi (Dan Roylance), and Teresa Frechette (Robert). Beloved grandmother of Eric Roylance, Julie Frechette, and the late Kevin Fanucchi and Joey Frechette. Cherished great-grandmother of Mia and Gianna Roylance; and Rachel, Taylor, and Jillian Castanetta. Survived by dear friend and former daughter-in-law, Barbara Fanucchi, and numerous nieces and nephews. Emilia was born and reared in San Francisco. She and her family moved to Pacifica and were among the pioneering families of the town, their house being the first built in the newly settled community. She married the love of her life, Eugene, in 1943, and together they enjoyed over 50 years of marriage until his passing. Her life was her family, and she was devoted to them. Emilia was a wonderful woman; she will be greatly missed. Friends and family are invited to a Visitation, Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 10:00 am followed by the Funeral Liturgy at 11:00 am at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma.
