Faith White

Faith White - Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Faith was born in Stanton, MI. later moved to Eugene, OR. then finally made herself home in Petaluma, CA. Faith held many jobs in her life, from a waitress, to a cook, to a taxi cab driver and finally purchased the Greyhound Bus Depot/Western Union in San Rafael, CA. Faith retired in 1994 and has lived her life surrounded by her loving family at their home in Petaluma. Faith is preceded in death by her loving husband Amel White, brothers Lisle and Harold Martin, her son Thomas H. Moody Jr. and two grandsons. Faith is survived by her brothers and their wives, five children: Kathy Stricklin, Mike Moody, Patti and her husband Joseph DellaBruna, Patrick Moody and Chappie Moody; two step sons, Donny Castile and Shawn Castile; 13 grandchildren; one step grandson; 30 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren and numerous extended family. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on August 18, 2010 at the Petaluma Estates 901 North McDowell Blvd. Petaluma CA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of Petaluma. Published in the Press Democrat from August 17 to August 18, 2010 Faith will be missed greatly by her loving son-in-law Joseph Della Bruna whom she has resided with and who has cared for her for the last several years of her life. She will be deeply missed by Ignacio and Josephina Gallegos and Abraham and Hermelinda Reyes. Ol' Gramma you'll be missed.
