Fernando "Fred" De Silva passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the age of 46. Son of Bernardete Silva. Brother of Ilidio Dias Silva (Stacie), Mario Silva (Kari) and Lina Silva. Uncle of Bryan, Mario, Alicia, Natalia. He was a good man and a great friend.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma, CA.
