Florence "Pat" Patricia Fernandez

Passed away on March 14, 2013 in Petaluma at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife, for over 51 years, of Placido Fernandez of Petaluma. Loving mother of I. Bruno Fomasi, Jr. and his wife Judi of Petaluma and Thomas Fomasi. Pat was a waitress for many years at the Little Hill and the Green Mill. She was a devout parishioner of St. James Catholic Church. A special ‘thank you' to the staff at the White Rose Manor and Hospice by the Bay in Sonoma. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 125 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1451 Guerneville Rd., Suite 220, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 or Hospice by the Bay, 190 West Napa St., Sonoma, CA 95476. Entombment: Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma.
