Frank R. Harrigan

Frank R. Harrigan - Passed away peacefully in Santa Rosa, CA, surrounded by his loving family on September 7, 2010, beloved husband for 54 years of Catherine E. Harrigan. Loving father of Tom (Shannon) Harrigan, Larry (Laura) Harrigan and Colleen (Herb) McDuffee. Cherished grandfather of Megan, Caitlyn and Brenna. Dear brother of Jim Harrigan, Marge Harrigan and the late Bob, Dick and John Harrigan. Frank was born, reared and educated in San Francisco, CA, graduating from Sacred Heart High School. He enlisted with his close friend, Frank Grimley in the Marine Corps in 1952. Frank spent many years in the deep foundation and marine construction industry, throughout the U.S. and overseas, retiring from J.H. Pomeroy. He was a member of St. Josephâ??s Catholic Church, SIRS #58 of Petaluma and a former member of the Penngrove Social Firemen. He was 77 years of age.
