Fred Carter passed away on June 4, 2016. Beloved husband of 38 years to Joyce Carter. He was survived by seven siblings. Mr. Carter was employed as a truck driver for over 50 years. He will be missed and loved by all that knew him. Mr. Carter was 77 years. Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Lemos Ranch, 76 Sprauer Road, Petaluma, CA., 94952.
