Gene Alan Aldrich

GENE ALAN ALDRICH passed away on October 19, 2015 in Petaluma. Devoted life partner of Penelope Scalia. Cherished father of Shawn Aldrich (Shauna) and Jason Aldrich. Beloved grandfather of Timothy Detoy and Madison Aldrich. Loving brother of Yvonne Mais, Phyllis Fancher, Lorene Fritz, Duane Aldrich, and the late Phillip Aldrich, Lazelle Aldrich, and Dale Aldrich. Survived by the mother of his children, Pamela Aldrich, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Age: 71 years. Gene was born in Madison, WI, but reared and educated in Brokaw. During Vietnam, he was drafted into the US Army and was a member of the Petaluma VFW. Gene worked for the Old Adobe Union School District for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Above all, Gene loved his family. He was a wonderful man; he will be greatly missed. Private services will be held.
