George Bruns Learned Iii

George Bruns Learned III, “the elevator-man”, was born on March 10, 1941 and peacefully passed away on December 7, 2018, in Petaluma, California. He was happily married for forty-three years to Teresa M. Learned, together they were parents to a beautifully blended family. George was a proud family man, eager to share the wisdom of what happens when a ‘can do’ attitude is adopted with his children and grandchildren.

Father to Kathleen Kelly, Kimberly Pels, Kelline Balistreri (August), Cynthia Mason (Larry), Kristine Schaefer (Greg), Jerre Learned (Michael Craig), George Learned IV (Brian Weil), and Victoria Fisher (Kyle). Loving grandfather to Jody, Adrienne, Jaymie, Shaylyn, Brent, Craig, Jacqueline, Taylor, Giovanni, Justin, Christian, Marie, Julian, Steven, Samantha, Lucas, Vivian, and Christopher. And a doting great- grandfather to ten.

His daughter, Karen and grandson, Broc, precede him in death.

Visitation will be held, Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY AND CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. The Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be at 11:30 A.M., Friday, December 14, 2018 at PARENT-SORENSEN.
