George Robert Lyman

Passed away June 24, 2016 in Santa Rosa, CA, beloved husband for 31 years of Maria "Angie" Flores-Lyman of Cotati. Brother of the late Cynthia Aggrella and uncle of Andrea Lyman Aggrella. George, a resident of Cotati since 2007, was retired from the telephone company after 35 years of service. He loved car racing, car shows, woodworking, cooking, traveling to Maui and the Giants. George was well known for his routine visits to the local "spots". Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. The Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday at the mortuary. Family and friends are also invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 150 St. Joseph Way, Cotati, CA . Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael, CA. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society. Visitation
